Tell us about your fleet
How many sites, how many QuickBooks workstations, what hurts today. Two sentences is plenty.
Pricing
Monitoring you have to assemble from add-ons is monitoring with gaps. Cadence has no tiers and no modules — every fleet gets the whole instrument.
Priced per QuickBooks-connected workstation, monthly, with a small base per monitored site. Built for MSPs and accounting firms to run for their clients — with margin room to resell it as part of your stack.
Why no price on the page?
Cadence is in early access. Partner pricing is being set with the first fleets it runs on — so the number is a conversation, not a table. What is already decided:
Reselling to your own clients? That’s the intended model — ask about channel terms.
Early access
Cadence already watches production QuickBooks fleets daily. Early access adds a small group of MSPs and accounting firms before general availability.
How many sites, how many QuickBooks workstations, what hurts today. Two sentences is plenty.
Early-access partners are set up hands-on by the people who built it — agents live on your first site in under an hour.
Early-access partners keep their rate as the product grows. You get a roadmap vote; we get the feedback that shapes V1.
Who you are, roughly how many QuickBooks workstations you look after. We reply within a business day.
That didn’t go through — check the fields and try again, or emailsupport@freezeframe.solutions.
Monitoring only earns trust by being on all the time, and an agent fleet has real carrying costs. Instead of a hollowed-out free plan, early access has no minimum commitment — a small fleet pays a small bill.
No — keep it. Your RMM watches Windows; Cadence watches QuickBooks. They overlap almost nowhere, which is exactly the problem Cadence exists to fix.
Because the installed base isn’t going anywhere fast. Intuit stopped selling Desktop to new US customers in 2024, which froze a very large multi-user fleet in place — one that still has to run payroll every other Friday, now with less vendor attention than ever. Those are exactly the environments that need watching.
No. The agent collects health metadata only — builds, crashes, service state, link quality, file sizes. There is no code path that opens the company file. Thesecurity page covers the full model.
One elevated PowerShell command per machine — it installs two scheduled tasks and exits. No persistent service process to manage, no registry changes outside the agent’s own key, no inbound firewall rules. The first sample lands in the console within five minutes. On an early-access install, one of us walks you through it: the first fleet takes under an hour.
Cadence is built and operated by Freeze Frame Solutions, an MSP in Anchorage, Alaska. We’re a small team and Cadence is our own field tool — not a side project. We run it on production QuickBooks fleets including our own clients’ environments. If you have a problem, you are talking to the people who built it.
Raw samples are pruned on a rolling 90-day window by default — enough for trend analysis without accumulating an indefinite history. Events (crashes, alerts, jobs) are kept longer for audit purposes. No health data is ever sold, shared with third parties, or used for anything other than operating the product for your account.
